At Ajilon Office, all of our temporary employees
and direct-hire placement candidates undergo a stringent screening process
that we developed in order for us to verify skills, experience and educational
claims. Each candidate is personally and extensively interviewed, usually
by two staffing experts. Candidates are not sent on assignments or to
client interviews without having successfully undergone our extensive
interviewing and screening process.
Once a candidate has been assigned to or hired by
a client, we implement an on-going quality control program to ensure our
candidates meet or exceed client expectations. Our approach to accounting
and financial staffing is to make the right placement the first time.
Our goal is to help quality companies and qualified
candidates find each other and to create a flexible, cost-effective, productive
and rewarding work environment.
Should we ever fail to meet your expectations,
our services are guaranteed. Ask your Ajilon Office Manager for full
details and conditions.
Below is a list of policies and guidelines we ask
all Ajilon associates to understand and abide by in order to ensure a
professional and productive working relationship between Ajilon, the associate
