Ajilon Professional Staffing Names Chief Learning Officer
Rich Thompson, SVP, To Head Training Programs in North America

Saddle Brook, NJ, January 18, 2005 -- Ajilon Professional Staffing today announced that regional vice president Rich Thompson has been promoted to senior vice president and chief learning officer (CLO). In his new role he will lead the training programs for the sales and recruiting teams for the company's North American staffing divisions. Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leading, global specialty staffing and recruiting services company headquartered in Saddle Brook, New Jersey with operating divisions in accounting & finance, administrative/office support and legal.

Thompson has an extensive background in the staffing industry, having started his career in the early 1990's. Upon joining Ajilon in 1997, he quickly became a successful branch manager in the Chicago area and then successfully advanced into several positions including area manager and area vice president throughout the Midwest region. In his latest role, he was instrumental in leading several key areas to strong growth during his tenure.

As chief learning officer, Thompson will oversee a world-class training team that is charged with developing new and innovative ways to coach and lead the company's sales efforts. He will also be instrumental in helping staff Ajilon's network of branches with the best and brightest professionals in the industry.
